RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If your product arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the product please contact our customer services department.  We will be more than happy to assist you.  If your package arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us no later than 48 hours upon receipt of your product.  We will ship your replacement as soon as possible.  If the item is defective please contact us no later than 5 business days after receipt of your product

Return & Exchange procedure:

  1. Contact customer service to obtain an RMA(Return Master Authorization).
  2. Package your item along with the RMA form and ship it out to us.  As the buyer you are responsible for shipping the product to us. (Please note if your package is lost during shipment to us, we cannot process your RMA and no credit, refund or replacement product will be issued.  Therefore, we recommend that you insure your package with the carrier of your choice.)

2.1.   If your return or exchange is the result of our mistake or was damaged during transit we will handle all costs associated with the return.

  1. Upon receipt we will email you a confirmation of receipt and we will begin processing your return.
    1. If you requested a refund on your RMA we will credit your account and the funds will be returned back to you within 3-5 business days or as soon as your bank processes the request. There will also be a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges and insurance fees are none-refundable.
    2. If you requested a replacement on your RMA we will mail you out your brand new item as soon as possible, typically within 48 hours if we have the item in stock.
    3. Once your RMA is processed we will email you a confirmation.

3.      If you choose to return an item because you no longer want it for any reason, you can do so but if shipping protection was purchased, then shipping protection is not refundable as it was used during transport to the delivery address.

3.1     We will not honor returns or exchanges after 15 business days from the time of delivery have elapsed.

Cancellations

If you need your order cancelled please contact our Customer Service Department via email with your order number in the subject field.  Orders can only be cancelled prior to them being shipped.  If the item ships and you would still like to cancel the product you will have to follow our return procedures.  A restocking fee of 15% may also be assessed.
