Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! An order can be canceled or updated prior to it being shipped. Once it ships we cannot cancel the order mid-shipment.

If you need to cancel it please reach out via email or via contact form below. Please include your order number and the email used to place the order.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We are available via email, phone and chat. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner. Inquiries sent after business hours will be responded to the following business day.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States.

We do not ship to other countries.

We also do not ship to the following states:

  • Alaska
  • Illinois
  • Maine
  • South Dakota
  • Utah
  • Vermont
  • Washington

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Standard shipping normally takes 6-9 business days.
  • Expedited shipping takes 4-6 business days.

Please note these time frames are estimated and not guaranteed. They are not guaranteed by the carriers we use and therefore we cannot refund them if they miss their arrival time. Also, these estimates do not account for processing which can take up to 48hrs but our goal is to ship orders within 24hrs.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

To return a product it must in like "new" condition or approved by us for a return. You can request a return by emailing us at sales@tobaccostock.com or submitting the form below.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s). After a refund is issued it can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to receive the refund back on your original payment method.

Payments

Types of cards accepted

We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Credit Card Billing issues

If your card is outside of the US. we will cancel the order if it goes through. We only accept billing addresses within the United States.

Declines

If a credit card doesn't match properly with AVS, meaning the billing address on the credit card is incorrect you will see your order get rejected. However, you will still see a pending charge on your end. This charge will fall off within 2-4 business days once your credit card provider sees we did not accept the charge, this is done behind the scenes and we do not control how fast refunds are processed.

These declines are typical with gift cards if they are not properly set up where a billing address is added to it or with foreign credit cards.

Age Verification

Can I skip this?

Age checker is required by law as the product we sell is age restricted. We must verify your are 21+, if we cannot verify you then we cannot sell to you. This is similar to stores where they are required to card you.
